Terms of Service (Game Rules and Usage Agreement)

By installing or using this game (hereafter referred to as "the App"), you (the user) agree to the following Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, please uninstall and discontinue use of the App.

1. Ownership and Rights
   All rights to the App, including all visual, functional, and content components, belong solely to the developer. No part of the App may be copied, modified, distributed, or reused without the express written permission of the developer.

2. Beta Version Disclaimer
   The App may be released in a beta version for testing and feedback purposes. During the beta period:

• Users may accumulate in-game currency ("tokens"), but withdrawals will not be available.

• All balances are virtual and non-redeemable during beta.

• The developer reserves the right to reset user balances or make changes during development.

3. Transition to Full Version
   Upon transition to the full version:

• Token withdrawals may be made available.

• KYC (Know Your Customer) identity verification will be required for any real-world withdrawal or exchange functionality.

• The developer reserves the right to decline or delay token withdrawals for any suspicious or fraudulent activity.

4. Fair Use and Anti-Cheat Policy
   To ensure fair gameplay and protect the ecosystem:

• Use of third-party tools, bots, emulators, or hacks is strictly prohibited.

• Accounts found using such tools will be banned permanently without warning.

• The developer reserves the right to monitor, suspend, or delete accounts suspected of cheating.

5. Termination and Cancellation Rights
   The developer reserves the full right to:

• Modify or discontinue the App at any time without prior notice.

• Cancel the project entirely, including beta or full version, without user compensation.

• Change features, rules, or token policies as deemed necessary.

6. Limitation of Liability

• The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.

• The developer shall not be held responsible for any damages, losses, or data issues arising from use of the App.

• Token values are purely virtual and may change without notice.

7. Updates and Changes
   These Terms of Service may be updated at any time. Continued use of the App after changes implies your agreement to the new terms. It is the user's responsibility to review the latest version periodically.
